No Upfront Fee

There is no upfront fee for this option and you will be charged only if we successfully negotiate compensation from the company that you are experiencing an issue with. However, a hold of $50 will be placed on your credit card for up to 30 days. In the event that CD does not successfully obtain compensation from the company, the hold will be removed and the funds will be available to you. In the event that CD successfully negotiates compensation from Company, you will be billed for 35% of the settlement.
